Christoff van der Schyff
Managing Director
As Managing Director of ADENCO, Christoff is responsible for leading the company with a focus on positivity and continuous improvement, as well as the overall financial performance of the company. Christoff lives & breathes Our Values and ensures these remain the foundation of our daily activities and business relations. His dedicated and open approach brings good people together to deliver on our promises, thus maintaining the safe sustainable working environment we are so proud of at ADENCO.
Christoff’s experience has led to diverse credentials that combine solid commercial and project management expertise in strong financial, organisational, planning and business management background. With over 15 years of experience in the field of civil, roads, residential and infrastructure projects, largely gained in Australia and South Africa, Christoff is well positioned to guide us on our journey forward. He also possesses extensive multidisciplinary experience in optimisation of resources utilisation across projects and departments, work process/flow development and pre-construction risk assessment and contingency planning. Christoff has a track record in analysing situations and making complex operating, administrative and procedural decisions, always keeping safety to the fore and in doing so, the best interest of ADENCO.
Richard Maher
Commercial Director
Richie, is a well rounded business leader with hands on experience across the construction, civil and mining industries. Richie is across all aspects of the business and responsible for the efficient performance of the company operations, with a focus on financial and contract management. His strong relationships with both clients and the supply chain are key to ensuring project delivery teams can plan and execute each project safely and successfully to ensure that ADENCO meets its business objectives.
Richie’s commercial qualifications and extensive industry experience are major assets for the Company and his positive attitude contributes to upholding our Core Values and desire to be the best in everything we do.
Alan Fenemer
Operations Director
As Operational Director of ADENCO, Alan is responsible for the operational performance of our resources, as well as identifying and converting new opportunities for the business. Under his guidance, our Project Teams are given the opportunity, tools, training and support to complete safe, high quality projects for each and every stakeholder and end user.
Alan has been active in the Water Management, Civil Engineering and SMP industry for over 23 years and brings a huge amount of experience to the ADENCO Team.
