As General Manager of ADENCO, Christoff is responsible for leading the company with a focus on positivity and continuous improvement, as well as the overall financial performance of the company. Christoff lives & breathes Our Values and ensures these remain the foundation of our daily activities and business relations. His dedicated and open approach brings good people together to deliver on our promises, thus maintaining the safe sustainable working environment we are so proud of at ADENCO.
Christoff’s experience has led to diverse credentials that combine solid commercial and project management expertise in strong financial, organisational, planning and business management background. With over 15 years of experience in the field of civil, roads, residential and infrastructure projects, largely gained in Australia and South Africa, Christoff is well positioned to guide us on our journey forward. He also possesses extensive multidisciplinary experience in optimisation of resources utilisation across projects and departments, work process/flow development and pre-construction risk assessment and contingency planning. Christoff has a track record in analysing situations and making complex operating, administrative and procedural decisions, always keeping safety to the fore and in doing so, the best interest of ADENCO.
As the Commercial Manager for ADENCO, Richie is responsible for the efficient performance of the company operations, with a focus on contract and supply chain management whilst building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Richie is a key team member, supporting our operations team to plan and execute each project safely and successfully, ensuring our Client’s get maximum value for their investment. Richie’s commercial qualifications and extensive Australian construction and mining industry experience are major assets for the Company and his positive attitude contributes in upholding our Core Values and desire to be the best in everything we do.
As Operational Manager of ADENCO, Alan is responsible for the operational performance of our resources, as well as identifying and converting new opportunities for the business. Under his guidance, our Project Teams are given the opportunity, tools and support to complete safe, high quality projects for each and every stakeholder and end user.
Alan has been active in the Water Management and Civil Engineering industry for over 20 years and brings a huge amount of experience to the ADENCO Team.
As Engineering Manager for ADENCO, Steven is responsible for the detailed planning of our project works as well as leading our engineering teams to ensure our Clients benefit from the highest standard possible.
Since graduating from University with an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, Steven has accumulated over 9 years of experience working in the Australian construction and mining industry. This involvement has led to a depth of knowledge in site based engineering works and our specialised project delivery methods. Steven’s willingness to lead from the front on site, coupled with his ability to motivate those around him, are major factors in the success of our projects, especially the overall safety culture which we promote at ADENCO.
As Finance Manager for ADENCO, Maria is responsible for the compilation, management and accurate recording of key company information.
Maria’s qualifications, experience and attention to detail combine to deliver crucial live data to assist the business operations, financial planning and the overall performance of the company. Furthermore, her hands on approach to the management of our mobilisation process ensures our site teams get to the work front as planned and return home safe after each swing.
Brian, a major shareholder and co-founder of ADENCO, has had a focused career in Civil Engineering spanning over 25 years. He upholds our values and ensures the business remains committed to a culture based on excellence and safe performance. Brian has held senior management positions for over 15 years and has led teams to complete over 100 pipeline and civil engineering projects in Ireland, UK, Czech Republic and Australia. Brian’s experience has led to a complete understanding of the support required by project delivery teams at all stages in the lifecycle of a project.
